Terms of Service

1. Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy — we may confirm, decline, or cancel any order, for example if an item is unexpectedly out of stock or the order looks fraudulent.
• You're responsible for providing an accurate name, phone number, and delivery address. We may contact you by phone to confirm details before shipping.
• Product photos are for illustration — actual colour or packaging may vary slightly.

2. Pricing & availability

Prices and stock availability are shown at the time of browsing and may change without notice. If a price or stock error is discovered after you order, we'll contact you before proceeding.

3. Payment

• Cash on Delivery: pay the courier when your order arrives.
• Bank Transfer: pay in advance and upload your payment slip at checkout. We verify the transfer before shipping.

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery times depend on the courier and, for dropshipped items, the supplier's dispatch time. Delays can happen due to courier delays, weather, or supplier stock issues — we'll keep you updated if your order is delayed. Delivery fees, where they apply, are shown at checkout.

5. Returns & refunds

Return and replacement terms vary by item and are shown on each product's page. If you have a question about a return, reach out via Contact Us.

6. Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the product or delivery. We may remove reviews that are spam, abusive, fake, or unrelated to the product. Posting a review requires a Buyly account.

7. Account & conduct

You're responsible for keeping your account secure. Please don't use Buyly to place fraudulent orders, abuse our staff or couriers, or attempt to interfere with the site's normal operation.

8. Limitation of liability

We work to make sure orders arrive as described, but Buyly isn't liable for indirect losses arising from delays, courier issues, or supplier stock problems beyond our reasonable control.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
